I like to do a full wedding meeting around 3 months prior to the wedding and I'll make sure all is in check, create a detailed timeline of the lead up and on the day timings, create a floorplan & liaise with your suppliers as to when and where things go. Myself and my team will then take over any last calls two weeks before the wedding, help set everything in place (usually day before) & be a quiet MOC on the wedding day to make sure all is on track.

Around 3 months before the big day a two-hour meeting at the venue, making sure nothing has been missed and all is on track. Following this I will create a full timeline from the day before the wedding to the day after, from deliveries, through to on the day & collection/pack up the next day. Also create a floor plan of what will go where in the space.
